Q: I purchased the e-book and I have not received a link to download the file.
A: If you have not received a link to download the file from Payloadz, check to see what type of credit card you used to purchase your book. If you used your debit card (it comes straight from your bank account) then it takes 3-4 business days for your bank to clear the funds. Payloadz will not release a file until the funds have cleared. Credit cards are automatic. - If you used a credit card and not a debit card, E-mail SDBAS your purchase transaction number to request another another link.
Q: I can't open the e-book file, can you help me?
A: The e-book file is a zip file due to its size. If you do not have a zip extraction software (most new computers come with one from microsoft) you can download a free trial version at www.winzip.com the trial lasts for about 30 days. If this is not the problem, the type of internet service can also play a role in this. If you have dial-up, the file will be too big. We will work with you to get all of your files from the e-book, just e-mail us and ask for help.
Q: I purchased a book and have not received it yet, it has been 6 days.
A: Depending on what end of the country you live on, Media Mail can take up to 14 business days to arrive - especially during holidays. If you do not want to wait, Media Mail is the FREE shipping, you must pay for priority shipping which is another $5.50 for one book.
Q: What if I have questions about the spreadsheets or budgeting in general, can I e-mail you?
A: No, you're on your own. Just kidding... One of the things that I pride myself with is the fact that I still answer customer questions and concerns. If you have questions, and they don't over due it in taking up my time with clients, I would be glad to answer them for you. It can take me a few days to respond because I do still work, but I will respond. Phone calls are another story though. If you call and I'm in the middle of a project, I won't be able to discuss questions with you until I have a free moment. That is why e-mail is better. - IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH ANY FILES OR ORDER, MY RESPONSE TIME IS WITHIN THE DAY.
Q: Are you going to write a book on small business fraud?
A: I'm working on it....
Q: I have a business website, do you have a link exchange or advertising program on your website?
A: In order to be considered for a link exchange program, your site must not redirect to any spam site, in-appropriate or gambling, and must relate to business or personal finances in some way. A reciprocal link is required. E-mail your request to mailto:julieaydlott@comcast.net
