Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service Media Mail.  Media Mail takes 7-14 business days.  Due to the increased cost from all shipping companies we can no longer ship using UPS or Fed Ex unless additional shipping fees are charged.

If you want expedited shipping, please click on the priority mail add to cart button for an additional $5.50 for single books, $10.50 for two or more books.

We keep a constant inventory to make sure your orders are processed in a acceptable time.  Orders are shipped based upon the following criteria.

Shipping costs outside US and Canada area an additional $25.00 which will be emailed to you via an additional Paypal invoice.  From our order history, 99% of the international sales are e-books because they are immediate and free delivery.

Paypal Credit Card Orders: are shipped within 2 days from the order date.  

Paypal Bankcard (EFT) Orders: Because automatic bank payments take 3-4 days to approve via Paypal, your order is shipped within 2 days from the "approval" date from Paypal.

Mail Order: Are shipped as soon as your check clears the bank, unless you pay by Money Order, in which your order is shipped within 2 days from the date we receive your order in the mail.

Returns and Damages:  If you are returning your book due to damage from shipping, we will replace the book at no cost to you.  If you are returning the book within the 30 day Money Back Guarantee because you are not satisfied, we will refund your full book price excluding shipping and handling fees once we receive the book back with all disks.  We do not refund shipping charges.

E-Book:  E-books are delivered via link from Payloadz to pick up your file via their secure site.  If you pay for the E-book with a credit card the download is immediate.  If you pay for the E-book with an ATM card, the download link takes 3-4 days for processing.
